To enable sending emails from personal addresses within the system, follow these steps:
1. Set Up the Global SMTP Server: #
Navigate to: Email Settings – Email Settings tab.
2. Configure Individual User Credentials:

Each user must configure their username and password on their profile page:
My Profile – SMTP Email Sending Settings section (bottom right).
- If multiple users must send emails from the same address, they should enter the same username and password.
- If the SMTP server is configured and the user has entered their credentials, the system will send emails using the user’s personal email address.
- If the SMTP settings are missing, the system will use the default address: no-reply@accur8.services.
3. For Google Email Configuration: #
If using Gmail, apply the following settings:
- SMTP Server:gmail.com
- Port: 587
- App Password: Users need to generate an app password on the following link: https://myaccount.google.com/apppasswords
4. For Microsoft Email Configuration: #
If using Microsoft Outlook, apply the following settings:
- SMTP Server: smtp-mail.outlook.com
- Port: 587
- App Password: Users must generate an app password. For instructions, refer to this guide: How to Get and Use App Passwords
If the settings are incorrect or missing, the system will send a warning email to the logged-in user’s email address when the email is sent for the first time, prompting them to review their configuration. It is advisable to send one test email message after the initial setup.
5. Sending Rate Confirmations: #
To configure legal text for rate confirmations, go to:
Dispatch Settings and update the “Carrier Driver Agreement Notes” field.
6. Sending Invoices: #
To send invoices from the system:
- Configure the division’s bank account where payments are received: Divisions
- (Optional) Add legal text for invoices: Accounting Settings
* Each office belongs to a division. Selecting an office for a specific load or invoice will update the invoice print outputs accordingly.
