Load TONU

Load TONU & Cancel #

With ACCUR8 TMS, you can update a load status by marking it as ‘Canceled’ or ‘TONU’ (Truck Order Not Used). This enables you to take appropriate actions and ensures real-time tracking accuracy.

How to cancel a load? #

When managing a load you need to cancel, simply click the Cancel button at the bottom left of your screen. A confirmation dialog will open where you will confirm this action. Once confirmed, the load will be marked as canceled and automatically excluded from your overall statistics and mileage records.

Note: To cancel a load, the system requires that it must be in the Covered status. If the load is currently in the Dispatched or In Transit status, you need to reverse it to the Covered status before proceeding with the cancellation.

How to mark a load as TONU (Track Order Not Used)? #

When managing a load in ‘READY’ status or any status onward (but not yet delivered) and needing to mark it as TONU, you will click the TONU button at the bottom left corner. This action opens a dialog box where you will enter the necessary TONU details. Once you confirm, the system will automatically update the load status to “Delivered – TONU.”

How to charge Customers under TONU load status? #

Once the load status is changed to TONU, the system will automatically clear all previously entered pricing values and replace them with the latest entries. The system will also recalculate and update the mileage to the new values. It will also adjust the base rate, setting it to the entered TONU rate, and automatically assign the latest driver or carrier rate based on the load type.
